our air went out right in the middle of summer and the tech was so awesome and QUICK— the unit is close to 30 years old and he was able to find us a new part and repair it! we are grateful the repair lasted us all season considering a whole new one was not in the budget for us at that time, thank you for helping us and doing the right thing :)
